Watch my Joy of Cards Stampin Up Card Class video. Here’s my recent live card class. I’m just showing how everything looks in action. The video is really short but you get the idea. I wish I would have taken a video of the lunch buffet. We have some delicious meat, cheese & condiment platter. Also my famous BLT Pasta Salad (see recipe below) and fruit. The class started at 8:00 am and ended at 12:15 with lunch. By making 8 cards with 2 designs using only one Stamp & Die bundle and cutting everything in advance it went super smooth.

My Famous BLT Pasta Salad Recipe:
Ingredients:
Corkscrew Pasta
Romaine Lettuce
Bacon
Cherry Tomatoes (do not cut)
Hidden Valley Ranch DRY mix!!! – Do not use premade in the bottle!!!!
Mayo
Milk
In a shaker bottle mix 3 tablespoons of dry ranch mix with 1 cup of mix and mayo. Wash lettuce and tomatoes and put in a bowl. Boil pasta, cool and put in bowl with lettuce and tomatoes. Bake a 1/2 pound of bacon at 400 in the oven. Pat bacon on paper towels, cool and break into pieces into bowl with pasta. Mix in ranch. Stir up and put in refrigerator. That’s it!!!
